What Face Data We Collect

When you upload a photo to generate a video, the image may contain your face or faces of others. The photo itself is the face data we process - we do not extract or store facial geometry, biometric templates, or facial recognition data separately from your uploaded image.

How Face Data Is Used

Your uploaded photos containing faces are used exclusively for:

• AI-powered video generation - animating the image to create video content
• Preserving facial identity in the generated video (ensuring the person looks the same)
• Applying visual effects while maintaining facial features

We do NOT use face data for:

Third-Party Sharing of Face Data

To generate your video, your uploaded image (including any faces) is shared with:

• Gamercoin - Our AI video generation provider. They process your image to create the video and are contractually obligated to delete the data after processing.

Your face data is NOT shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third parties.

Where Face Data Is Stored

• Our servers (Google Cloud Platform) - Images are temporarily stored during the video generation process
• Gamercoin servers - Images are processed on their AI infrastructure during video generation
• Your device - The original image and generated video are stored locally on your device

Face Data Retention

• Uploaded images: Deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing
• Generated videos: Temporarily available for download, then deleted from our servers within 24 hours
• Gamercoin processing: Images are deleted immediately after video generation is complete
• No permanent storage: We do not permanently store any images containing face data on our servers

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• AI processing providers (to generate videos)
